Dr. Joe Borio was born in Syracuse, New York in 1965. He is the third of four children born to wonderful parents, who owned a popular local Italian Restaurant, Borio's Restaurant. While working at his family's restaurant, that Dr. Borio learned the meaning of hard work. In high school and college, he played numerous sports including Football and Boxing. Dr. Borio was inspired to enter into the chiropractic industry after having some health challenges as a young boy and was helped by a chiropractor. He wanted to offer health and wellness to the people in the same community that he grew up in just like he received and was inspired by. Dr. Borio studied Chemistry and Biology at the State University of New York at Brockport and then received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from the National University of Health Sciences. After graduation, Dr. Borio opened his office, Borio Chiropractic Health Center in Cicero, New York in 1991. Dr. Borio achieved his goal of serving his community he grew up in and still practices at the same location today. Dr. Borio grew his practice into one of the largest in the country, helping thousands of people of all ages live healthier and happier lives. Dr. Borio's other passions include cooking and italian culture and cuisine which inspired his other business', Cooking Italian with Joe and Vito and Joe's Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Cooking Italian with Joe is an extremely successful authentic italian cooking YouTube Channel and Website which provides simple recipes that anyone can make! Vito and Joe's Olive Oil is produced at his own organic olive grove and farm in Italy.

Dr. Borio's passion for chiropractors and the chiropractic industry profession inspired him to create he founded Chiropassion Consulting in 2004. Chiropassion Consulting’s mission is to lead successful, motivated, and passionate chiropractors and their teams all around the world. Dr. Borio has developed protocols and procedures to give every Chiropractor the tools they need toAchieve, Excel and Master their own practices. Dr. Borio coaches with passion, total commitment, patience, and dedication. Dr. Borio cares about his clients and their practices, like they are his own. Our clients will tell you, Dr. Borio is honest and authentic while his passion resonates to all. His motivational speaking and conviction combined with his true love for chiropractic is apparent in everything he does and brings to Chiropassion Consulting.

Dr. Joe Borio is a contributing writer to many Chiropractic Journals, he serves on the Board of Trustees at Sherman College of Chiropractic and IFCO and he is a Brother of the Chiropractic Knights of the Round Table. Dr. Borio has spoken at Cal Jam, Mile High, FOCUS, Chirofest, New Beginnings and many other Chiropractic Associations across the World.
